BAI CloudForms is a mobile data capture solution that replaces paper forms and allows your organization to go green with mobile accessible electronic forms. Our mobile app utilizes Apple phones and tablets to deliver mobile forms to your remote workforce via the Internet.

BAI CloudForms enables your team to collect structured data quickly and easily on their smartphones and tablets, eliminating the need to carry paperwork into the field and reducing manual data entry by collecting and transferring data from your mobile device.

Design forms using our web-based designer, a WYSIWYG application accessible from any modern web browser. No programming is required to use it - all you need is to know is how you want your form to appear. Use BAI CloudForms to create voting surveys, home inspection forms, car inspection forms, work orders, sales orders, time-sheets or any other type of information you need to collect real-time.

Once the form is complete, simply click Publish to push the forms to your team’s smartphones or tablets.
Users log in and complete the form and their responses are routed to the corresponding Google Docs spreadsheet, and the multimedia data types are stored in Amazon S3.
